These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all services provided by Amanda Marquis Photography. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms. We may update the T&C at any time without notice. The latest version will always be available at the bottom of our website pages.

2. Services Provided

We specialize in luxury boudoir and intimate photography, offering a range of experiences including wardrobe consultations, professional hair and makeup, and themed sessions tailored to your vision.

3. Booking and Payments

• A non-refundable retainer fee of $499 is required to secure your session date.

• Session bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

• Products and albums are purchased separately and are not included in the retainer fee.

4. Client Conduct

We aim to provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or disrespect will not be tolerated and may result in session termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All images and content created by Amanda Marquis Photography are owned by us. Clients are prohibited from reproducing, editing, or distributing images without explicit written permission.

6. Privacy and Image Usage

Client confidentiality is our priority. Images will only be shared publicly with signed consent.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and professional experience, Amanda Marquis Photography is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from services provided or from the use of our website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in New Hampshire courts.
